Toggle any building open or closed from its page. Closed buildings don't generate revenue or cost upkeep.
Buildings can be upgraded from Level 1 to 3. Upgrading increases capacity, revenue, and upkeep. You pay the difference in build cost.
Buildings degrade over time. Government compliance with Building Code Standards makes them last 25% longer.
You can sell any building. You don't get the full build cost back.
For a new resort:
Total: 130,000€ for a functioning resort with food, lodging, rentals, safety, and transport.
