- "Fully Insured" requires all 6 policies active at the same time
- "Green Resort" requires 80 eco score — invest in solar panels, recycling, and wildlife corridors
- Staff achievements count all staff ever hired (excluding fired), so don't worry about turnover
- Building achievements count all buildings you currently own
